NON ASBESTOS COMPRESSED GASKET

Compressed Non Asbestos sheet is designed specifically to perform and seal more effectively than other asbestos free gasketing materials. This sheet provides superior heat resistant and excellent recovery because of unique blends of synthetic fibers, fillers and SBR binder.

GRAFOIL SHEET

FIBERGLASS MATERIALS

Fiberglass offers the widest range and control over thickness, weight and all forms of fiberglass textiles. This material engineers a wide choice of controlled fabric properties to satisfy design and objective. From Cloth, Tape and Rope these formed are widely used as insulation and protective material to wrap or sela various equipment. It also offers a cost-effective solution for various sealing and packing applications for high temperatures. Fiberglass Rope has a round, square and twisted braid designed. Twisted rope is soft while square and round braid are more dense and solid.

MECHANICAL INDUSTRIAL FELT

Industrial wool felt is an environmentally friendly product and is biodegradable. Pressed felt is manufactured using moisture, heat and kneading. Under these conditions wool fibers follow their natural tendency to mat together - or - felt - into a nonwoven fabric. No weaving, knitting, stitching or adhesives are needed to produce pressed wool felt.

MINERAL WOOL/ ROCKWOOL

Mineral wool insulations are made from basalt rock and slag. Available in blanket and panel board form. This combination results in a non-combustible product with a melting point of approximately 2150 F (1177 C) , which gives it excellent fire resistance properties yet vapor permeable material. Mineral wool is flexible, lightweight, water repellent, fire resistant and sound absorbent. Mineral wool product available in plain/bare and or with aluminum foil.

FIBERGLASS/ GLASSWOOL

Fiberglass insulation is made from highly resilient, inorganic glass fibers bonded by a thermosetting resin. The proprietary binder chemistry, low smoke and odor characteristics, easy handling make the product preferred insulation for ranges and other high temperature applications. Fiberglass insulation is available in blankets, panel boards, and pre-formed pipe. Fiberglass Insulation products are available in bare/plain, with wire mesh and/or with aluminum foil.

CERAMIC FIBER

Ceramic fiber is alumino-silicate based refractory fiber, white and odorless. With a reinforcement carrier (usually high temperature fiber glass), the fiber is made into industrial textile products. Available in Cloth, Tape, Twisted Rope, Square and Braid yarn. Resist Temperature as high as 2300 F. This material is lightweight and has very low thermal conductivity. It also resists corrosive chemicals, commonly used acid and alkali. Ceramic Fiber is a good substitute for asbestos products in many insulation and sealing applications.

SBR / ORDINARY RUBBER

Available in plain and with ply reinforced.

Having good mechanical properties and weather resistance. Suitable for current applications without specific heat resistance characteristics. Usually cut and used for industrial lining. It is the most popularly used rubber on the market.

NEOPRENE WHITE RUBBER (Plain Non Toxic)

Available in plain and with ply reinforced.

Neoprene Food-Grade white rubber sheet made from 30% FDA rubber approved ingredients. Smooth finish, good resiliency to abrasion and repels oil and greasy food products. Used for general gasket, countertops and skirting in all areas of food processing. Non-toxic and non-marking.

Also approved for food processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing.

SILICON RUBBER

A transparent rubber chemically inert with no odor or outgassing properties in its solid state. Silicon transparent rubber maintains good tensile strength for a thinner material.

It's semi-clear but not optically clear. Commonly used in medical and electrical applications.

CORK GASKET - RUBBERIZED

Cork products can be combined with numerous synthetic rubber compounds to enhance the sealing properties already portrayed by cork alone. It can be bonded with rubber compounds such as nitrile or neoprene resulting in even higher capabilities.

Nitrile bonded cork suitable for medium bolt pressure with good flexibility and resilience. The physical characteristics along with good fuel and oil resistance make this a high qualified material for automotive and industrial gaskets (gas meter).

HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE)

Available as sheet, rod or tube for application that require greater strength and stiffness that LDPE. HDPE with an embossed surface is widely used as a cutting board material. They have excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of items. It has good sliding abrasion resistance and is self lubricating.

NYLON (POLYAMIDES)

Comprise the largest family of engineering plastic with a very wide range of applications. Available in sheet, rod and tube. Nylons are often formed into fibers and are used for monofilaments and yarns. Nylon properties include wear and abrasion resistance with low coefficient of friction and high strength to weight ration. It has corrosion resistance to alkalis and organic chemicals.

ACETAL

Acetal is a copolymer in sheet and rods. It provides high strength and stiffness coupled with enhanced dimensional stability and ease of machining. As a semi crystalline material, acetal is also characterizes by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties especially in wet environments. Acetal is used as weight-saving metal replacement, because of its high strength, modulus and resistance to impact and fatigue.

UMHWPE - ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE

Has an exceptionally high abrasion and impact resistance properties. It will outwear all other materials, including metals, nylons, urethanes and fluoroplastics. In corrosion resistance it has the same quality of other polyethylene plastics. It resist wear, friction and corrosion and thus it cuts maintenance costs, energy consumption and extends equipment life.

PU (POLYURETHANE)

Polyurethane has a wide range of utility areas industry and it shows high resistance against abrasion, tearing, impact, deformation and various chemicals, compared with rubber and other elastomer materials.

Compared to other plastics, polyurethane offers superior impact resistance, while offering excellent wear properties and elastic memory. Polyurethane sheet and or rod are a versatile product well suited for low volume products such as bump stops and bushings. It’s very often used as a replacement for rubber components which degrade over time and will provide an obvious upgrade in performance over the traditional material.

POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE (PTFE) TEFLON

Teflon is a fluorocarbon-based polymer that exhibits astonishing chemical resistance and ultra-high purity. Self lubrication and with a low friction coefficient. Teflon sheets, rods and tubes are ideally suited for the manufacture of high temperature seals, insulators and bearings used in semiconductor, aerospace & chemical processing industries. Use for strong alkalis, strong acid, oil, gas, organic solvent.

Made by aromatic polyamide yarn on the corners and core and PTFE fiber yarn with special filler on the surface center. Lattice braided and treated with special lubricant.

Application: Use for almost all pumps, rotary equipment gland (in case of low sliding speed available for dry operation) reciprocating.

RAMIE TEFLON PACKING

A lattice braided packing made of ramie fiber which is impregnated with Teflon dispersion and special inert lubricant. It can prevent product contaminated. Low maintenance, easy-to-control, it is not harsh on the saft and stem.

Application: use to seal pumps, refiners, filters and valves in the brewing and beverage industry, shipbuilding and other fields. Especially resistant to abrasive media in the paper industry.

FLAX PACKING

Flax packing is braided from strong rovings and lubrication material. This combination offers higher performance and longer packing life. Flax Packing used for shaft packing, leaky stuffing boxes and leak-free propeller shaft.

PTFE JOINT SEALANT / PTFE VALVE STEM PACKING

Expanded Joint sealants and valve stem packing provide the inherent properties of PTFE as well as the ability to compress, allowing reliable sealing- even when problem flanges having irregular or rough surfaces.

PTFE Joint Sealant and PTFE Valve Stem Packing minimize or eliminate leak paths, are chemically inert, resist creep and cold flow. They are very easy to install and lower sealing costs. They have high density, and a conformable product with unlimited shelf life. PTFE remains pliable and continue to seal effectively without hardening.

With flexible graphite tape or packing prepared by the different sizes of ring made of molded products of different sizes depending on preference.

GRAPHOIL/ GRAPHITE TAPES

Used in a wide variety of sealing applications and may be used to seal the surface of flanges and also have the ability to seal uneven flanges and surface imperfections.

MANHOLE/HANDHOLE GASKET

Are made of various materials available with or without graphite coating for easy removal and high temperature resistance. Most gasket are wire-reinforced and carefully hand made according to required sizes to ensure proper fitting onto the boiler cover.

DIE-CUT GASKET

Common types of gasket include flanges or die-cut. The gasket material varies depending on the material required and can be cut prior to assembly of gasket material. Available in various sizes to suit application needs.

FABRICATION / RUBBER MOULD GASKET

Custom mould products from a variety of samples and prototypes of product design.

Development process used materials are : Nitrile, EPDM, Natural Rubber, Silicon and Viton.

ORING CORD

Are commonly used between two parts to create a seal, preventing gas or liquid from escaping. It is supplied as a continuous extruded cord and can be used to make custom sized of O-rings when standard sizes are not suitable.

Material available – Nitrile, Viton, Silicon. Different sizes are available depending on need.

SPIRAL WOUND/ METALLIC GASKET

Spiral wound gaskets are available in a wide variety of styles and constructed materials. Standard spiral wound gaskets are ordered by nominal pipe size and pressure rating. Composed of a steel centering (outer) ring, a spiral wound sealing strip (filler) and an inner ring made of a special steel. Depending on the chemical compatibility requirements, the filler and winding material can be changed.

Spiral wound/Mettalic Gasket widely applied in static sealing parts of technological pipelines and the equipment of many industries, such as petroleum refining, petroleum chemistry, thermal electricity, nuclear energy, spaceflight, spinning, medicine and other industries.

PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER AND GASKET

HEAT EXCHANGER - Is a piece of equipment built for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another.

PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER - A type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. Composed of a number of thin metal plates with gasket (rubber) compressed together into a plate pack by two pressure plates.
